Default Pre-emption Elimination Bills- Who to lobby?

    THIS IS A SERIOUS THREAD!

No snide comments or input from ex-residents on why they moved, etc.

Which state legislative Democrats are somewhat favorable to firearms ownership and concealed carry?

I know during media coverage of debate on safe storage, at least two D reps or senators were quoted on personally having carry permits and still supporting the bill. I also remember a recent quote from a Pueblo area D legislative member about the importance of firearms ownership.

Let's try to get a list going. I will also contact a reliable 2A R member for info.

    THIS IS IMPORTANT!

    Thanks!
The vagrants of Boulder welcome you...

Reply so hopefully someone can respond. Is it just me or is RMGO not around any more?

Maybe Dudley decided something else would make him more money?

Does the Colorado State Shooting Assn have any lobbyists?

Well, the last in line is the governor, he has vetoed a few bills so far, one of them a law that would allow the Lt Governor to run for multiple offices at the same time and a few others that would have regulated additional businesses. Based on his veto and his reasoning for it on the LtGovernor bill there is a tiny bit of hope that he understands that this bill would induce chaos across the state.

Is there going to be a hearing on this bill where the public can speak?

Or, even better, is there a site which shows when bills in general can be addressed by the public?

I have sent the emails and left the voicemails politely asking for this bill to be dropped and not signed into law. Pretty much all I can do for now.

Is Polis our only hope? Or are there some senators or reps that we could peel off? I saw a video with caldera they made it seem like this was a pre-ordained deal for me the beginning of the year. All is a way to avoid a big fight over a state wide assault weapons ban.

It really doesn't matter, as we have the right to keep and bear arms.
