    I have seen this vehicle around. Shot some 13 y/o near Academy & I-25. Hopefully somebody will call *277 and tell the State Patrol where he is.

    Sounds like the moron can't control his anger. He will likely do it again. I hope they catch him before he does.

    Yes- hopefully not. However, his continued behavior will eventually result in contact with somebody who will shoot back- legal defense or not.
