Update: Ordered on Sept 14th and no ammo was delivered. I disputed the charge through my credit card based on receiving no product. MCS officially has until December sometime to refute. All the while their online advertised prices continue to drop. Quite the business plan if you ask me.

When I disputed the charge in September, my credit card credited my money back temporarily. They gave MCS 2 months to reply to the disputed charge. The 2 months expired without a challenge from MCS. All the while, they continued to sell the same 9mm ammo I never received.

See they are off AMMO SEEK. Had to file a Credit card dispute last night. BAD BAD business. Late on shipping and refunding my money.

Bought some small pistol primers from them a while back. Cheaper than the gun show by far. Paid $134 for 1500 Fiochi SPP. Great customer service and friendly staff.

Wow. I just read through this thread and went down a total rabbit whole of reading their google reviews. This is just a shame. I have heard their adds on the radio and thought it was cool that a Colorado company was making reman ammo in house. Thes guys seem to have totally fallen apart. It is a bummer that they couldn't have been a good company, who knows where they could have gone.

From their website it seems like they are just doubling down. No longer taking phone calls, you have to email for service, and large bold text that all sales are final and that orders cant be canceled. This is a company who knows they are failing and they are gasping for air.......

OUR OUTLET STORE IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED. WE DON'T HAVE A TIMEFRAME TO RESUME IN PERSON SALES.

Does that mean we can't pick up orders? Or just the gun shop is closed? I just sent an email.

Too bad they are having issues. Hate to see any business struggle, especially a Colorado gun business.

"Please allow 2 business days for voicemails to be returned and 3-7 business days for a response via email. Our phone lines are closed until further notice to allow us to respond to emails inquiries."

    Response to my email.

If the phones are off how do they get voicemail?

Funny they are too busy to answer phones, emails or have customers to go in the shop when apparently they also can't get ANY ammo out the door. What are they busy doing? Sure looks like they are not grinding away at ammo production. If they were. at least one person online would be saying they actually got some ammo. I say they are hiding, spent the money that they collected and have no way to produce the ammo that they collected money for. Also something to think about. How many orders did they accept and collect money for when there were ZERO primers to be had? I would have to guess a whole lot!

    I received this response-

    Hello Eddie,

Currently the store is temporarily closed, though we do still offer a pickup option when the order is placed online. For this just put our address as the shipping and it will pop up an option to pick a date and time for the pickup.

    Thank You,

I ordered two boxes of 9mm.

They are having a sale- $7.99 each, one box per order. I bought one 115g and one 124g.

I set the order as pickup and set the date as soon as possible which is January 5 at noon.

    Let's see what happens!
