For a legitimate company, having a wait-list makes sense. When your name gets to the top, they should send an email/text/phone call stating you have 24 hours to confirm you still want to order. If you respond affirmatively, they will charge your card and ship product.

They did charge my cc the same day that I placed the order. They said they would credit me back when I cancelled, I also filed a dispute with my cc company to be sure.

It'll work out as I'll either get the ammo or I'll dispute it through my cc. All my past disputes (different companies) were refunded immediately so I am not to concerned. One of the advantages of cc over cash on the barrel head.

I just looked at their latest google reviews. Months to ship ammo and several people who are having issues with the ammo they got. It's some good casual reading. Seems like the only customers they respond to are the ones that have left a bad review. The ignore all the emails and phone calls and just respond after the customer blasts them with a negative review. That's some crappy business practice. Some of these people have been waiting months to get a response or their ammo. A LOT of bad reviews from the past few weeks.

I heard about these guys on Tom Martino last week. Same complaints about shipping and a few on crappy ammo, squibs/duds.

    Tom Martino.
Wow, I didn't know he was still doing consumer advice.
It has been two decades since I heard him.
Where are you listening to him?

AM 630, 10-2 weekdays. He can be a dick sometimes, but I really don't care. Good background noise at work and good advice.

Surprised anyone can take him seriously anymore when he went bankrupt with $75M in debts.

Wow… but hey, with 75M in debts he’s likely to have had a lot of “consumer experience” buying and using various goods and services, so maybe he knows a lot and is just an irresponsible crook?
