Yep, that is the major complaint when I did research online. Many many people pissed off as they charged the credit card at time of order and it was weeks and weeks until they shipped or even got back to the customer via email or phone. Could have been growing pains when they moved to the new facility in Castle Rock, or could be they have crap customer service. Looking forward to your report back when you get the ammo. Sure would be awesome to have a reliable local ammo manufacturer that has good pricing.
