Rumore mill has it. They've already signed mineral and mining rights.

Yup. Pretty sure the Taliban won't care how the Chinese treat their brother Muslims the Uighurs when the renminbi start rolling in. Allah, allah, cash bar.

I had a similar thought earlier. It's one thing to get a broken down HMMV up and going. A helicopter is very different. No small part of the trick is to have the machinery, the parts, and the mechanics in the same place. But as the Blackhawk is over 30 years old, and been used all over the sort, I'm sure it's probably not that hard to find "after market" gear and someone willing to install it.

I'm concerned, might not be anything 'here' but, yes. The time is ripe, we have equipped an enemy with some fine equipment , stepped aside and we have shown ourselves as pushovers.

Not sure this whole thing is turning out they way these military wizards thought it would.

The whole world will be watching to see what happens on the anniversary of 9/11 and how we will react.

If you're part of the military-industrial complex, the world going to shit is great for business.

As in: Public beheadings of left behind U.S. citizens filmed from within the former U.S. Embassy compound? Yeah, I expect it.

A piece of WTC was buried under the flag pole at the US Embassy. I have to wonder if they're going to return it to us as shrapnel at some point.

Not really. There's a few .mil related industries, in the area. Both of them are having issues sourcing all sorts of small parts. .
