    Default .458 Socom Question

Does anyone happen to know...is there a suppressor out there for .458 Socom that has a quick-connect to a flash hider option rather than direct thread?

Got a buddy of mine who is in search of this and isn't very tech savvy and all my searching ended up with big fat zero.

    Thanks in advance

I know my Griffin Armament Optimus has a big brother called the”Bushwacker 46” that I believe will suit your fancy. Check it out. I’m a huge fan of the can I bought from them and have had two other friends buy the same one as a result.

Or do a form 1 and build your own to suit. That’s what I have done.

What is the importance of the quick detach? Just curious.

So if you have a muzzle brake in place you don’t have to take it off in order to mount your suppressor.

they’re not all “quick detach” either. Some are just threaded devices that encapsulate the muzzle brake instead, as would be the case with the griffins.

That makes sense, as does trying to avoid carbon locking the can on.

That is an option, but wanting to see if their is a commercial can available first.
