    I dunno... I mistakenly drove around with plates stolen from evidence all the time. It's pretty common.

    E470 is corrupt AF. I had to chase them to pay the fee. They mailed me a bill that arrived 24 hours before late fees started racking up. I hope they go bankrupt and then to prison.
