Robert E. Lee Statue Removal. Virginia

I'm sure you have seen or heard about it. Magnificent Bronze statue mounted on a massive ornate base. Dates back to 1880.

By the time they took it down (this week) it looked like the Reichstag building or many other buildings in Berlin. Graffiti several layers deep.

Spineless politicians are allowing our history to be erased. Shameful. I posted another thread on polishing the Denver turd after hearing about the big cleanup for Biden next week (speaking of Spineless Politicians).

They're not removing history. He's still in the history books as the leader of an army that marched against the United States. They're just removing the statue of him in front of a government building.
