Yeah, people are no damn good.

I had a deal to buy a 10/22, met the guy and while I was inspecting it, some guy walks up and seeing that we are working a deal asked what he wants for it. I said to the seller that I will take it. The seller tells the guy $180. I am pulling the cash out of my pocket and the stranger says that he will give $200. The seller looks at me and asks if I am willing to match it. I said no, we had a deal for $180, here is the cash. He said he would rather sell to the other guy. I walked away. The seller was from the old RMGO site. It happens. The very next week I bought a Marlin 39 for $200. In the end I won.
