I know we're not supposed to place ammo to rental storage units, but with discrete unloading and other boxes for concealment has anyone ever had trouble?

Had a pipe burst last week in the apt upstairs while I was out of the country, so I need to find a new place to live and get everything cleared out right away. It wasn't as bad as it could have been, nothing really important got wet - probably less than the insurance deductible.

All firearms were removed to a buddy's place immediately when I returned, obviously those don't go into storage no matter what. But they take up a lot less space and are easier to carry up stairs than the ammo.
