He won't interview without an attorney. Barry Morphew did that and spent half a year in the can. I am suspicious when the details are kept from the public. I have experienced injustice at the hands of the legal system before. Me & Jack Reacher have a lot in common...

I won't paint Gabby as a total victim princess, but the mark on Brian's face from being hit with a cell phone was likely a defensive strike by Gabby - based solely on what the RP said in the 911 call.

This much is clear, Gabby didn't end up dead because Brian was defending himself. Brian was bigger and stronger than her and could have stopped any attack from Gabby without killing her.

Like all of those people who kill their spouses instead of just getting a divorce, Brian made the choice to kill her.

I don't think anyone has a problem with an unfortunate accident if someone earned it.....hence the stupid shit reference.

Has there been an actual ?cause of death? determined by Coroner or Pathologist?? Maybe this has already been
posted here, I just prefer to ask rather than go back numerous posts.

It was determined a homicide but no details released beyond that.

Survival "experts" say no way meatball is alive in the swamps.

"Florida's climate is very, very difficult," Urban told CNN. "I'm an expert with plenty of experience, and it would be everything that I could do to survive for (more) than three weeks. Someone with no experience, you cannot be lucky and survive in that sort of climate."

"Some non-trained guy just used to walking on trails is not going to evade a team of experts like that, just by hiding,"

    So he's dead.

He's not in Cuba, he did not instill himself in the underworld like a criminal mastermind.

He likely killed the girl in a "fit of passion" as they used to say. Couldn't live with the guilt or the prospect of prison or worse- Wyoming still has the death penalty. He wandered into the woods and killed himself.

There are native people that are still living in the Florida everglades to this day. The authorities went in a decade or more and cleared them all out and right away hundreds moved back in. There is the chance that if he went in, he could be alive. I doubt that he actually went in there and is long gone from Florida.

If his parents said he went to the swamp and abandoned his vehicle and they brought it back and it was four days, then five days, before they called it in, and... and.. and...

He never went to the swamp in the first place. Survival experts say you can't live there, so his parents want everyone to stop looking. His parents agree "he dead" while smiling and joking with investigators in the swamp.

Note some friends have reported he has "camped" in the Appalachians for months in the past.

So PSA, gen Z needs to be taught not to date transients apparently. It's not camping when they live there permanently. Needless to say, he is either with friends/family staying in a basement, or he's in the hills shitting in the woods which is his normal productive occupation, as far as I can tell. At no time was he ever in the swamp.
