The point I was making, is that the same party that was upset with blacks integrating into schools then, is the same party controlling the narrative today.

Of course it could be argued that the democratic party of the 50's is the same as the democratic party of today in name only. That point could be made about most parties/people/countries throughout history, but goes beyond the message of the meme.

Seeing only that picture without the comments in the OP my first thought was, "Yep...democrats and revisionist history are alive and well." Democrats were the party that held up equal rights back then. Democrats are now the one's trying to revise history to make the democrat party out to be the equal rights heroes of that era.

What is funny is a lot of those places, if they did move, they would likely dramatically change their world view in under six years. Moving from a San Francisco coffee shop to Alaska would reprioritize anyone's perspective in no time. I'm not sure what kind of impact they think they really have.

You're missing the scope of the mission.

All they need is ONE election cycle in each chamber. Your 6 years or less projection is meaningless.
Then they'll (some of them) just be fighting it from our side after the fact (against an ever stronger machine that they facilitated).
