    No not denying at all. I'm confident that there would have been just as much shenanigans no matter who he was. There are arguments all day long about good things to have come out of his administration. We did learn that it wasn't good enough in the face of how he behaved.

    I think some pretty serious disruptions could garner a great deal of attention.

    Suppose ten thousand dairies across U.S. decided to dump 3 or even 5 days of production down the drain instead of deliver to the store?
