Default APN - What happened to the American Preppers Network?

I used to check-in on that site every few weeks. Now, when I attempt to go there I'm redirected to Facebook. As I don't have a FB account -- and have no interest in having one -- I can't get any information.

Does anyone know what happened? Thanks.

What happened to the kids that were building a white-free compound in the mountains?

It was supposed to be equal and off-grid and a bunch of other hippie dreams.

I can find nothing about it now. I guess they are all working together to get ready for winter and have set the social media aspect aside.

that group got kicked off the mountain - something about not actually owning the land. The spot they selected was not the best for breathing, let alone growing crops, etc.
Some of the prepper groups have moved to MeWe - mostly the how do you do this sort of thing group.

The only groups I follow is one of the back yard farming groups. I am there just for the photos of the gardens...

Depends on the generation of preppies and location. I think the 80s was a transition decade for preppies going from penny loafers to topsiders but west coasters were always more into topsiders while tradition kept penny loafers around on the East Coast. Of course in Hawaii, preppies were an entirely different breed as leather footwear wasn't cool at all (for the guys).
