Always wondered what department those belonged to when I am going down 470. I just assumed it was the sheriff?s department. Guess all the cities near interstates should annex just to the other side of them so they too can make some money.

Done that route once. It sucks.
I've never had a problem on 287. I travel it 2 or 3 times a year.
