Default Xcel Energy stealing more from us

Got this today from Excel Energy, "Colorado recently passed legislation that creates a sustainable funding source for energy assistance programs...". In the following paragraph it says Excel Energy customers will be paying for this legislation. This, just after they announced upping their bills by 10%... but don't worry, it'll only cost the, "average family about $20/month".

That's "sustainable" for the paying families....right?

Waste your time making you ask permission for things you have a natural right to own. "Anyone that thinks the communists won't turn off your power for being on COAR15 is a fucking moron."

So.. your legislators voted in a new program that uses Excel as the funding collection mechanism for said program and you are mad at Excel for stealing from you?

In part, yeah I get they're the messenger. I'm seeing that the people of Colorado seem, for the most part, content with what's going on. Eastern CA, is no joke. Yeah, I'm frustrated. I left my home state in large part because of the politics and I may need to do it again.

I bet your electricity will still be cheap, just not your bill.

    These help.

Not grid tied, with lots of LiFePo4 batteries to run 24/7.

Are those the solid state lithium batteries that eliminate fire risk?
