    Default Panavia Tornado Flyover?

Did anyone see what looked like Tornado's flying over Lakedwood this morning?

There's a German Tornado unit that is based/trains at Holloman AFB in NM

I thought the German Air Force left Holloman AFB a couple of years ago. My SIL in Alamogordo reported that her German friends had returned home and the German School was closed. There was a You Tube video about how Alamogordo was going to deal with the economic impact of this move.

All F-111s are retired. Could be Panavs going to a Nevada exercise.

We're you a F-111 pilot? Guessing this off your name? Looks like all the F111s were retired in 2010 from the RAAF.

    Default RED FLAG

Could be a RED FLAG exercise? Foreign nations invited to exercise with USAF crews.

Red Flag in Nevada is a shadow of what it once was. We used to go all the time. It was so much fun, an ass kicker, but fun. Now the big one is in Alaska.

Unfortunately I was driving and pulling into a parking spot at a LGS. I only caught the back end. Maybe they could of been F-111's from another country?
