"Common Sense Gun Control" -- A Counter-Proposal

Are y'all as sick and tired of hearing the imbecilic phrase from the radical Left, "Common sense gun control" as I am??!!!

I have my own common sense gun control proposal: Have the US government issue each and every legal citizen 18-and-over their choice of one (1) of the following handguns:

- Glock 19
- Sig P320
- S&W M&P 2.0
- Springfield XDM
- Ruger GP100
- S&W 442

This solution will be a LOT less expensive than new asinine laws and regulations ... which will be no more effective than all the old asinine laws and regulations.

I'd love to see something like THIS in a proposed bill in congress!

Yeah. Imagine that ... in a time when the charlatan who is Commander In Chief just finished leaving MILLIONS of our dollars and loads of our armaments in a hostile country! But since I made the proposal, yes. Citizens only.

(We could send any complaining ACLU people to Afghanistan and trade them for our captives. How's a 3:1 ratio seem to you?)
