    Default Need an NFA trust...

With the whole brace debacle looming on us I need to set up an NFA trust so that my soon-to-be SBRs can be registered to both myself and my wife.
Should something happen to me I don't want her to suddenly be illegally in possession of NFA items and get in trouble (do i get that right? Is that what would happen?).
Can anyone recommend a lawyer in the Denver metro area?

You might look at this site. It will save you a great deal of time and money.

    Interesting, thank you.

So, for those firearms that did not come from the factory with a brace attached, one would have to file a Form 1?

Once I get my Trust done, is there any business that could assist with doing the paperwork properly?

I wish SilencerShop still offered that service...

Incidentally, SilencerShop does offer an NFA gun trust:

    Is this what I need?
They already should have my info from when I bought my can so maybe it would be easier.

    Anybody tried them?

Here's a trick. Get Your F1's approved, then add your other half. No fingerprints needed

Get the other one. Single shot is for 1 item. The next step covers you for whatever you get
