Tor Larson is wrong. OSS had to get Niels Bohr and Albert Einstein out of the hands of the Nazi Government. Operation "Paperclip" was a success and Werner Von Braun ran the Apollo Project. I have spent some time at The Imperial War Museum. I even went to High School with Gina Haspel.

    Do your research. USSSsssssssssssssssssssssss

It’s very sobering to live and work in such close proximity to these events. While the Remembrance Ceremonies on the 7th were by invite only because everyone in Hawaii is scared to death of Covid, I took a few minutes on that day to sit and contemplate the bullet holes and impact scars just a few steps from my office created by strafing runs. On 8 Dec, I drove to Ford Island and saw the USS Oklahoma and USS Utah memorials, and spent a few hours with Mrs. HB and the little badgers touring the USS Missouri. Cool to see- and difficult to explain the gravity of the situation to young kids.

Here’s a few photos from my phone- Mrs HB has the better camera in her phone, so she took most of the good pics.

    My Feedback

"When law and morality contradict each other, the citizen has the cruel alternative of either losing his moral sense or losing his respect for the law." -Frederic Bastiat

"I am a conservative. Quite possibly I am on the losing side; often I think so. Yet, out of a curious perversity I had rather lose with Socrates, let us say, than win with Lenin."
― Russell Kirk, Author of The Conservative Mind
