Its laying in my central Colorado Springs apartment building?s side yard right by the street. Pretty easy access.

We had fun cutting this one up in high winds. Took out power and phone lines. I had to cut the base from both sides as th 28" bar didn't make it though. It I pushing 40" at the base. Around 125 years old.

    Trash day today.
Wind changed directions frequently blowing the large trash containers multiple places along with the trash, recycling, lawn decorations, cushions, cooler lids, and a flock of Geese that could not overcome the gusts.
The Lake looked like the sea.

That is truly a shame. I know it is a part of nature, but I always hate to see majestic old-growth monsters like that fall. Stay safe.

Our 45mph wind was only enough to knock down my roof Christmas lights. PITA.

Our fence even survived, but the neighbor wasn't as lucky. His is in shambles.

Yup. Some policies suck worse than others.

It was interesting to see the vertical accordion style window blinds in my office downtown, swinging back and forth as the building swayed around them…. Our 39th floor makes for some great views and enhanced swaying compared to lower down near ground level.
