Hey all,

I'm a 6th generation CO native and am a professional real estate agent based in Aurora (but have helped buy and sell homes all over CO).

Currently I am licensed in: Colorado, Idaho, South Carolina, Georgia, Virginia. I got into this business because I had a terrible realtor when I bought a house back in 2015. I thought to myself, "I could do that job, and I know I could do it better than that". So that's what I did, I trained to become the best. I don't want another person to experience a bad realtor because it's already tough enough to buy or sell something as important and expensive as a house. So here's my promise to everyone:

Selling? I sell homes for top market value in 28 days or less (any house, any price point) guaranteed, or I will pay up to $20,000
Buying? I help buyers win offers they submit, guaranteed, and if we don't win an offer in 3 properties or less, I will pay up to $20,000

I could probably get it done in 30-45 days if I had a transaction there that was imminent.

I have to do their entire real estate school (no reciprocity with any state for RE) so I've been focusing on other business that is closer in the pipeline. I could absolutely knock it out pretty quickly if I had something coming up in TX.
