Yep, not sure why the confusion.

I have a 40lb, 1.75" bore muzzle loader sitting on the floor directly below my TV. I definitely don't see an issue

You checked the website twice and didn't see the bold "muzzleloader" description along with all the '209 primer', '40gr ffg' load, etc?

They are not casting it as a muzzleloader. It IS a muzzleloader. It's classified as an 'antique firearm' per us code:
