Possible, but the shape doesn't look right for Barrett's, even without the barrel.

The pistol grip and stock of both, but especially the one on the right, certainly doesn't look right for an M99.

It's hard to tell, but there is some slim possibility that it could be an M107/82A1, missing more than the barrel. Just missing the barrel doesn't explain the height/shape of the top of the receiver.
