Yeah, the P380 is Kahr. I HATE KAHR! The guns look stupid and their advertizing is idiotic. I've never shot one though.

    Walthers look beautiful though.

This doesn't even make sense to me. I haven't shot one yet either.

kahr site lists msrp $649, $758 with night sights. so if it's in good shape and you trust the buyer it might be a good deal.

my next pocket popgun is going to be a ruger lcp, I think.

my bryco is getting long in the tooth~

Walther has a PK380? Looks alright but I don't like the gun design. I don't have a reason just don't.

I couldn't afford full price for a Kahr, but every once in a while I come across a well priced used one.

I've fired a Kahr PM9 and I thought it might be nice for CCW. It's relatively small, narrow, and light for a 9mm... but with only 6+1 capacity, I decided to look elsewhere.

EDIT: Well, it looks like this is no longer valid since 4 posts were made after I hit the reply button.

I think the walther pistols are over engineered personally. And it is kind of big for a 380. For 380's I like the LCP/KelTec size pistols. For the PK 380's size it should hold more than 8 rounds. I might be nit-picking a bit. It does hold/feel well in the hands!

I was thinking along those same lines, 8 rounds just doesnt seem right. But I definitely like the way it feels and it seemed like a good price.

Are you thinking of the Walther PPS? That is their ploymer frame compact pistol. I haven't shot it yet, but I have a boner for it.
