Merchandise Mart Demolition

For anyone interested, the Merchandise Mart is in active demolition. They look to be working east to west. Many memories for me- innumerable monthly shows, the collectors show, plus a few visits to the gem and mineral show. I picked-up some great deals there over the years, including my first shotgun- a NEF single-shot 20 ga for $45 in the late 80's (of course, it was my Dad buying that one).

The diagram I saw looked like standard commercial high-ceiling warehouses, like is going-up everywhere.

The company plans to demolish the structures it purchased and build several massive industrial buildings, according to plans submitted to Adams County.
