I use AdBlock Plus, Ghostery, and NoScript when I'm using Firefox but I have also installed Brave on all my computers, my iPad, and my phone.

Interesting note about IOS ad block plus I have had it For 3-4 years now on my various iPhones and have been more than happy with it. My
GF just got an iPhone with the same app permissions etc we can go to the same site and she gets ads where I don?t

Ublock Origin is the only one I would recommend for ad blocking
Privacy badger is still good and part of EFF used for tracking protection
Decentraleyes is good to limit content
    Clearurls is good link security
Mozilla Multi-Account Container for isolation (Firefox)
Cookie AutoDelete for privacy and cross-site

AdBlock Plus was sold and is now a ad-serving platform. Ghostery suffered the safe fate. I would avoid these they serve the ads they get paid for.
