It will be fun and fast he probably needs to wait to be able to ride it is my guess. The Chinese bikes need constant tightening bolt replacement adjustments and such. But they are a blast. For the price I would do it

I had a pair of the mini crotch rockets and I bet they went 40 miles an hour. The fact that it’s Chinese means of the brakes don’t usually work so you might want to be old enough to make a good decision.
