    I see that, but that is for the individual thread.
    Is there anything that will automatically apply it to all threads?

    That was the correct answer to your question.

    If you asked, can I see all my subscribed threads in a list (or something to that effect), the answer is you can use the Settings link that takes you to your user control panel and shows subscribed threads. Then use the gray double-down arrow button (gray circle) to go to the last read post in that thread.
