Good article on gun violence. I would have gotten the percentage wrong too.

I'm not saying it was a conspiracy as much as I'm hinting at the possibility that the authorities had data on this kid, to include his online psuedo-names, prior to the kid losing his shit. While some of the information that was released about him early on was readily available, other data wasn't and would have required some skillful deep digging that doesn't happen in a couple of short hours.

Fact is, people be crazy and there are enough crazies running around to create the type of violence and chaos that works well for those who desire to "never let a tragedy go to waste". I believe that due to societal trends, more and more of the crazies feel emboldened to act on their desires. This is why it's becoming more important to be prepared to defend ones self and their loved ones.

We hear about this stuff all the time. None of it is secret. It's just that nobody pays attention.

For example, remember the "Gov Whimer kidnapping plot"? The evil MAGA loving militia planning to stop the tyrant gov?

Like half of the people planning that were feds. Feds literally drove the defendants to meetings. Feds gave them money to buy weapons. That was all public info during the trial. Do you think for one moment if the feds misplaced those dipshits and they actually kidnapped the gov that they would admit they knew them prior and even helped them plan it? Not a chance. 100% the feds would say "whoopsie daisy, we total had no idea these guys were planning that!"

Remember Fast and Furious? The feds literally organizing illegal gun running? They got a cop killed so they denied it, but we all know it's true. But the info is out there.

Feds helped the Bundy's at the Oregon wildlife refuge occupation (Mark McConnell).

Feds setup Randy Weaver through the fed informants that attended skin head meetings. (Skinhead meetings are one of those things that feds egg on trying to make a mountain of a mole hill) The ATF lied in their gun charges against Weaver and claimed he was a bank robber.

The feds all lied about the Trump Russia stuff and used it to investigate him for years.

The feds LIE constantly. There's nothing mysterious about it.

I would find it 100% less suspicious if the feds said "yup, we were watching this guy but we couldn't arrest him for posting dumb shit online."

I was shocked that Thetruthaboutguns.com had a post about this shooting and included a link to the killer's livestream of the shooting. I watched it and there's no words for the horror of it, but it was all very familiar looking as well. It looked IDENTICAL to the video games I see my kids playing, that I used to have a hard stance on but had become desensitized to. That video circulating is very bad thing, because it will undoubtedly embolden viewers who are contemplating their own bloodbath shooting spree.

My kid is 16 and he doesn't play any of that photorealistic crap, just some occasional Minecraft with mild weapons play not dissimilar to what was available 20+ years ago. I agree that, for the already mentally deranged, making the jump from video games to real life seems to be getting easier and easier.

    The video game claim again.

Many people play violent video games on a daily basis and don't lose their shit like this guy.

When I was a kid, we played 'cowboys & indians' and 'cops & robbers' and pretended to shoot EACH OTHER with toy guns that looked real. That's about as photorealistic as it gets.

Move forward a couple of generations and there's paintball.

But video games are the issue?

It can't be poor parenting, breakdown of the nuclear family, and society losing its grip on morality. Figuring out those problems is messy. Much easier to just point at a thing, like video games...or guns, and make that the problem.
