I'm not into conspiracy theory...but an 18-year-old going full whacko a day after California court says 18-21 can buy guns and right before a major Supreme Court 2A decision in the same state. How convenient.

I don’t feel that would be the intent.
Look how fast they have “Hate Crime” charges mentioned on this guy. Within minutes of his custody they have his entire manifesto full of racial statements.
His manifesto is odd, purposely hitting on every talking point that has been spewed the last couple of years. It is very detailed with gear info. Either this guy was a full on autistic/ocd that documented things in great detail or????

This one does have a certain stench to it.
