    1791 Management look pretty sketchy itself.

    It seems to be a group that buys shares then files lawsuits against everyone they can as "managing entities that hold shares".

    Likely class action scumbags.

    They have a list of over 100 companies and individuals they are going after.

    Not a huge supporter of BRCC these days, but I find it hard to believe that a professional inquiry letter would be written in that fashion.

    I own a few dozen shares of BRCC and like the shares I own of Starbucks, I'll hold onto them as I see the company expanding and growing, not collapsing.

    Plenty of law firms do nothing but go after public companies when things happen that cause a drop in a share price. I?m sure it?s a great business if you can get the company to settle quickly.

    If you are into options, precipitating a stock's decline by filing a lawsuit could make you a lot of money as well.
