Oh, mine too! She was the eldest child in a large family, so she was given the honor of dessert maker. And she was good at it.

First time I tried to make a pie, I used Jell-O chocolate pudding (the cook on the stove kind) and a store-bought pie crust. Whipped it up, poured it in, put it in the fridge to chill. When it was cold and setup, we cut some slices and dug in. THAT was when I found out you're supposed to bake those pie crusts.....
