    Default What are these?

    My wife bought a used car the other day and two of these things are adhered to the windshield. (They both look identical.) Anyone know what they are? Maybe something to pay road tolls?

    Ive done some patent work on small conformal phased array antennas (Direct TV dish replacement), and this looks somewhat similar. Doesn't mean that what it is, tho.
