Default Nose a Peanut up Pike Peak?

    https://gazette.com/life/outdoors/sp...09ea818a3.html

    Sure! Why not?

"Bob Salem will attempt to become the fourth person in history to push a peanut up Pikes Peak, according to a news release from the city of Manitou Springs...The Colorado Springs man is set to crawl up America's Mountain via the Barr Trail on July 9 with an undisclosed "contraption" taped to his nose."

Good for Bob. I can think of worse things to do with one's time.

I kept waiting for "nose" to enter the article.

    It did, twice.

He is going to push it up the Barr Trail, a 13 mile long hiking trail from Manitou Springs to the summit on the east side of the mountain. 7800 feet vertical gain.

I looked at the trail. Google maps has the entire thing on street view. I have no idea how you would keep track of a peanut in the upper rocky sections.

Plus, I think you would need an armed guard or two to keep the whistle pigs away so they don't steal the peanut.

No mention if the legume will be shelled or unshelled and if it is salted.

I would prefer to remain unknown to the world at large rather than being known for using my nose to push a peanut up a mountain.

At least the first guy did it to win a bet.

I'm way more shocked that he'll be the FOURTH person to do this.

    He's getting some attention.

After seeing him in action, I doubt his ability to complete the task.

Looks like he could either be chillin' down by the river or attempting feats of endurance by pushing a peanut. We all have participated in time suck exploits.
