Isn't this pretty much like Aids, except the symptoms show who's actually been infected? That would seem to be a positive.

One...it may have always been this easy to spread and just never made the news. Two...there are theories that Covid and the vaccines are making people less resistant to it. Three...theories that it is being spread intentionally.

One. Prior reports and analysis showed it to be very non-contagious especially if not exchanging bodily fluids. Two. There are theories about everything. Some theories are even grounded in data and reason. Three. Gain of function research anyone?

Four, it's been around quite a long time. Every year, a handful of cases here and there there, not capable of becoming a pandemic unless it suddenly mutated into a respiratory pathogen (probably would have to mutate 40% of it's genetic code).

Yet, we need SOME kind of disease in the news to keep hypochondriacs at a comfortable level of anxiety. Otherwise they might do something crazy like travel, go to concerts or reserve campsites, and that shit's already crowded enough.

Just following what cdc is saying. Which once again seems to be the ability to spread fear, and panic, across the country. 1 story says CDC is happy to announce corona virus is in remission. Then next story, says PANIC, PANIC!!!!!!
