Bump on Zev breech face?

So I just picked up this Spartan slide for a G19, and looking at it there's a bump around the striker hole in the breech face. Previous owner said he has around 40 rounds on it so A) It has supposedly functioned fine previously and B) It shouldn't be very worn or anything.

Is that somehow supposed to be there? Cause it looks to me like potential for a slam fire...

I would not fire that gun. I suggest contacting ZEV and sending them your picture. I believe they will want that one back so they can resolve that issue.
