Have them crispy double cook the fries. Much better.

burgers were fine; fries were so - so; better than most in town...animal style fries make them much better. Currently my taste buds say fries pretty much suck.

Because they pretty much use fresh cut potatoes; and from what I have seen the fresh potatoes for the last few months (or more) suck -

Went for the first time recently. Pleasantly surprised cost wise and animal style both made me a returning customer.

Their fries suck and the burgers are nothing special, not sure what all the fuss is about. We ate at a Shake Shack for the first time last week and the burger was actually pretty good. Need to try a milk shake next time.

Fresh produce of any type for the most part has sucked for a long time now.

I contacted there customer service and explained the visit and the poor quality of the fries and how disappointed I was with the visit. They responded rather quickly with some follow up questions and apologized etc.
They are sending me five gift cards or coupons for future free meals.
I will pass when I get them but my son has already called dibs on them when they arrive!!
I will update if anything comes of it. Them shutting down all CO locations! You know, some justice. KIDDING!!
They just won’t be on my list of must haves.
