bahh, it is summer. Now go turn on the attic fan and chip some ice for the iced tea.

I don’t know what y’all are complaining about. I’ve been up near Fraser and Granby scouting unit 028 for this fall since Friday afternoon and it’s been quite pleasant. Woke up to 47deg in my truck bed camper setup this morning .

Was not overjoyed to spend $12K on a new air conditioner & furnace at the start of the summer, but I am sure loving it now. Electricity bill is down $70 over this time last year, and upstairs is actually at 75 instead of 85.

Also, obligatory shout-out to Brijcom / Valley Heating & Air.
Math is tough. Let's go shopping!

We had a guy come and look at our AC a few weeks ago. He fixed a leaky valve and topped off the refrigerant for a whopping $150 on a Sunday. Best money ever spent.
There's a fine line between cuddling and holding someone down so they can't get away.

Well, if it makes you guys feel any better I?m down in the Houston area and although the temps are only a hundred degrees give or take the humidity is brutal and makes it feel hotter. I?ll take a dry heat any day.

Not exactly voluntarily. Family emergency type situation. Been stuck down here going on eighteen straight days and still haven?t acclimated to the environment. Fortunately I?ll be home very soon.
