Is there some sort of regulation or law that prohibits bollards in a handicap parking spot? Just curious why that spot doesn't have one? Glad they didn't get anything. Sucks they had to nuke the front of the building...fuckers.

High speed isn't necessary.

Those place are built very poorly- fast and cheap. The materials used are flimsy. Next time you are at a strip mall, push on a pull door and you'll likely see the whole wall flex.

I worked at a shop in a strip mall that was broken into several times. The security cameras showed a van ease up to the door and bump it a few times before it gave way.

I'd like to see their footage. There are cameras in the picture above.
