The judge said that due to the high likelyhood of success, he was giving the TRO. I’m a lay person, but to me that means that unless Superior can make a new and superior defense of the law, that he will have to side with the plantiffs.

Just my reading of it, but realize I can’t spell plantiffs correctly.

Can we arrest and charge all of these local government officials who approved this crap with conspiracy to violate the constitutional rights of citizens of the United States?
