    The judge said that due to the high likelyhood of success, he was giving the TRO. I’m a lay person, but to me that means that unless Superior can make a new and superior defense of the law, that he will have to side with the plantiffs.

    Just my reading of it, but realize I can’t spell plantiffs correctly.
    I'll stop buying black rifles when my wife stops buying black shoes.
