    Default AR Newb from Littleton

Hello All, love the sight, I am going to be in the market for a Gas Piston AR-15 from Bushmaster, (dont know if anyone else makes a gas piston version) if anyone has shot one of these or owns one I would greatly appreciate your thoughts, thanks again.

Welcome. There are a lot of Gas Piston ARs out there. I like the Sig 556 (even though it's not an AR)

    Default Thanks!

Yeah that Sig 556 is Sweet! but whats the cost? I looked at Bushmaster and their upper for the Gas Piston is 499.00 and the lower is 370.00, I dont mind buying it used either as long as the condition is good. Anyway, thanks for the info, I looked at the Sig 556 a year or so ago but failed to realize it was a gas piston, good to know.

Those are some pretty good prices!

I've seen a sig here for $1250. Also gas piston is Ruger's new SR556 and HK's 416 upper.
