Yeah I did the work.

Is it hard to work the bolt while feeding ammo or is difficult all the time? This rifle had that problem while closing the bolt on ammo.I did some things to help that problem but the bolt face is pitted and it won't be totally fixed. We would have to replace the bolt head to fix it. It also depends on the ammo. I haven't been able to play with the finnish versions of these rifles. I heard they made and re-arseneled the russians and are very good.

I would be happy to look at anyones rifle but keep in mind I am not a gunsmith. I am just a guy that knows how to turn a wrench

The main difference with the Finns is in the sights, barrel lengths and bands, or in the way they are "fitted out" I suppose. I have a Finnish M91 that I had to do some tweaking on the interruptor to get it to feed properly, but other than the finger-jointed stock you can't really tell if it's Russian or Finnish. The ones the Finns did a lot of work on, such as the M27, M28, M28/30, and the M39, are more obvious. The Finns did some real work with sights on these rifles, and the M28/30 and M39 have some very nice sights on them.

When guntroll was still going there he refinished my XD slide

Try a different ammo. My M38 wouldn't work well with Hungarian rounds. After being fired you had to smack the bolt with some serious force to get it to eject the casing. I think it has to do with the casing expanding inside the chamber.

its the same after cleaning and no ammo in it(dry fire). I think its miss matched bolt parts from the factory but i only paid 60 so its not a total loss

Check the bolt face. Make sure its not pitted to bad.

Polish the chamber with a drill, drill bit, and some steel wool around the bit. Just don't mess up the chamber with the drill bit. Maybe use something else that you can chuck into a drill, maybe a dowel rod or something.

Check that all debris is removed from chamber and reciever lug area. Blast it out with brake cleaner.

Try different ammo. Some ammo is better than others. Brass case would be better. I think the yugo stuff is brass cased.

Also check the headspace. It might be to big and from what I have heard could cause stuck cases.

And don't cut your spring down any more. Thats probably not it.

Worst case scenario, buy a new bolt assembly and try swapping the headspaced bolt head on the new bolt body. I know there is a complicated bolt body/head relationship going on there. Maybe a GOOD smith would know what to do.
