    Default Advanced CCW Class

My CCW expired a few years back and I am needing to take a new class.
I was hoping someone could point me in the direction of a class that is focused more on training than classroom (although I understand there is a classroom requirement as well).
I am active in PRS and sometimes competition pistol shooting.

Douglas County or Ft Carson would be preferable.

    Thanks!

Why? With local municipalities now authorized to regulate areas open to concealed carry, all of the spots you should carry won't be legal to carry.

Your class is good for ten years by the way. So even if your CCW expired your class may not have. Can you find the original certificate (of whatever form) to see?

Don't know what you would consider "advanced", but @ Silverbullet our CCW is a multi-day class with a TON of shooting.
We cover and practice on the range all of the following:drawing, emergency reloads, tactical reloads, malfunction clearings type 1, 2 and 3 and require proficiency in all that during a 50 rnds live fire test.

Thank you, I will take a look. “Advanced” is not one of my requirements.

Does Damage Factory offer a class now with their indoor range?

If you just looking to renew the permit and you are a competitive shooter, you may not need to take a class.

Yhea, in the early days right after this passed I remember some Cowboy Action Shooters struggling to use competitive results that showed participation in an organized shooting competition...

...because results were published using their cowboy alias, not their names!

I do remember that they prevailed, but I don't remember how.
