Its LC 43 with what appears to be a leather bullet. The round is approx 1/8 longer then normal oal. The tip appears to have splits in it and the bullet spins easily in the case. Can't post pics as they are too big. Any ideas?

Pictures almost look like a wood projectile. I know some European countries used wood bullets either for indoor training ranges or for use as blanks (the BFA was a metal "cage" that would cause the wooden bullet to disintegrate.)
