Hmm, not sure if only one store thing will work right...seems to be a license cartel thing where only the deep pockets can go - at least for larger cities.

But part of me is thinking; ok - what about one license per city or at least county? And I am not a big fan of mega corps having all of the control...

If you are a big enough company you work around those limitations by having a store within a store like CostCo did / does in the past. So my ranking is

Gov control < crooked control < mega corps < local Mom & Pop < being able to make what ever drinks you want...

Some would say my first and second item are about the same; and I would have to respond - yep kind of close call there
