I'm going out on a limb to say that sales are down because people are just buying on the black market

Everybody just goes to the store, there is one on every corner. Only real black market for weed in CO is between growers & retailers to skirt the rules and the law.

They just expected the market, sales and profits to just keep going up and up

That's every company in the US...
