WNBA player and convicted international drug smuggler Brittney Griner was released from a Russian prison today, thanks to the intervention of the U.S. States Department and the release of a Russian arms dealer.

My question is whether she will come back and be glad she was born American or will she return to her imagined victimhood- being oppressed by the white patriarchy, since she is a black gay woman?
