    Colorado will launch its new Missing Indigenous Person Alert program on Friday- The MIPA will work similar to Colorado's AMBER Alerts, Senior Alerts, and others

    I understand alerts for missing children and those with diminished mental capacity like dementia or mental illness, but why do "indigenous" persons get a special category? Seems pretty racist to me.
